40- ISO 22000 How to locate CCP:

Description:

Critical control points (CCP) are essential to the food hygiene standard. The course shall deal with a systematic way to locate these CCP. This course offers a comprehensive look at ISO 22000. It focuses on the CCP measures and accuracy. It clarifies to the participants the operational steps that are critical to a safe outcome and where hazards can be prevented, eliminated or reduced to acceptable levels. It helps participants to determine critical limits for each control point. It is also identification of the CCP that minimizes the risk of food safety hazards and to avert biological, physical and chemical concerns before they occur.
